Counselling is a talking therapy which can be used to explore difficult situations or feelings that someone might be facing or that have happened in the past, in order for them to see things with more clarity and understanding.
I have worked with adults for a range of issues including: stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, substance misuse, self-harm, work problems, family issues, relationship breakdown, eating disorders, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, difficult life events.
I am able to work with clients on a short term or
longer term basis in to order to facilitate positive change and enable them to develop a range of coping strategies so that they can take control of their lives.
